SkinForge provides AI-generated character skins compatible with Minecraft. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft Corporation.

2. Use of Service

By using SkinForge, you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse our generation system
• Use automated tools to mass-generate skins beyond normal usage
• Resell generated skins as your own AI service

3. Generated Content

Skins generated through SkinForge are created using AI models. You receive a license to use generated skins for personal, non-commercial use in compatible games. We do not claim ownership of your generated skins.

4. Payments & Refunds

Paid downloads are non-refundable once the skin file has been successfully delivered and downloaded. If generation or delivery fails and you were charged, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds are issued at our discretion for quality issues. To request a refund, contact us at support@skinforge.ai or visit our Support page.

5. Disclaimer

SkinForge is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee that generated skins will match your exact expectations. AI generation may produce unexpected results.

6. Limitation of Liability

SkinForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
