🔧 Common Issues & Quick Fixes
❓ My skin was generated but I didn't get a download button
After payment, click "Download Skin (.PNG)" in the generator area. The button appears green once your purchase is confirmed. If it's not showing, try refreshing the page — your access is saved in your browser.
❓ I was charged but the skin didn't download
This qualifies for a full refund. Email us with your Stripe payment ID or email address used at checkout. We'll either fix it immediately or issue a refund within 24 hours.
❓ How do I apply the skin in Minecraft?
Java Edition (PC/Mac): Download the .PNG → go to minecraft.net/en-us/msaprofile/mygames/editskin → Browse → select your .PNG → Save. Live instantly on all servers. Bedrock Edition (Mobile, Xbox, Windows 10/11, Switch): Download the .PNG → open Minecraft app → tap your character avatar → Edit Character → Owned tab → Import → select your .PNG. Done!
❓ The skin doesn't look like what I described
AI generation is probabilistic — results vary. Try rephrasing your prompt with more detail (e.g., "red knight with gold trim and blue visor" vs just "red knight"). If you have a subscription, regenerate for free. If you bought a single download and aren't satisfied, contact us.
❓ I can't find my downloaded file
Check your Downloads folder. On macOS it's ~/Downloads. On Windows it's C:\Users\YourName\Downloads. On iOS/Android, check your Files or Photos app.
